Dr. Caroline Howe

Caroline's diverse expertise stems from 15 years experience working in business development, as a specialist practitioner in rehabilitation counselling, teacher, advocate, facilitator, and change agent. Her roles have included Health (Mission Employment, CRS and private practice), Engineering (Caltex), and Insurance (QBE) markets.
Caroline recently designed and developed Australia’s first national outcome based billing system in workers compensation for workplace rehabilitation providers which was recognised with being honored with the 2012 Australasian Personal Insurance Education Foundation award in Innovation in Personal Injury Management.
In the academic field, Caroline is a leading researcher in the field of ageing populations, migrant populations, and workforce psychology, having been awarded a PhD from Sydney University in 2013.
Caroline also holds a Master Trainers certificate in Personal Training from the Australian Institute of Fitness.

Nicole Marchisone

Nicole has worked extensively in occupational rehabilitation and is highly specialised in psychological injury management. As a Rehabilitation Counsellor and member of ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors) since 2000, Nicole has worked as a senior executive in government agencies within the Australian workers compensation, government, and injury management sectors.
Nicole has delivered many programs to various government and non government portfolios and has an exemplary track record for outstanding return to work outcomes.
A true practitioner who intimately understands and has vast experience with the challenges of organisational change in Injury Management and Case Management disciplines, Nicole has worked at CRS Australia as an Executive Manager, Senior Consultant / Team Leader and Account Manager and has recently undertaken accreditation in Health Change and Coaching.
Nicole’s aspirations are centred around working with organisations to enhance their people management strategies and to use her platform as a health professional to offer tools, skills and resources for optimal employment and living. She is passionate about innovation and the development of services in the workplace that address her mantra - the 4 E’s (Empower, Energise, Enable and Engage), for employees to achieve wellness at work.

Hayley Kearney

Workplace rehabilitation specialist, specific interests in Injury Prevention, Educational Training, Mental Health and Workplace Engagement
Hayley has over 10 years experience in the workplace rehabilitation industry in both Australia and Canada. Hayley's career has included providing Exercise Physiology clinical treatment for acute and chronic pain patients in the return to work sector, developing on site manual handling and mental health interventions with employers, designing Province wide in-house engagement for employers, and national evidence based practice Wellness Programs.
Hayley is passionate about education, particularly in topics where the individual can make pro-active choices towards optimal physical, mental and emotional health. A background in Exercise Physiology, combined with continued education in Counselling, allows for a holistic mindset during the creation and design of training packages, workplace interventions and general conversation.
As the Director of Joy & Abundance, Hayley ensures there is an element of fun everything she does, thus making the process towards achieving outcomes an enjoyable one!

Samantha Whiteman

Samantha specialises in knowledge based product management, collaboration technologies, and operational systems within small to medium sized enterprises. Combining an extensive background in project administration & technical documentation within the airline and petroleum industries, as well as day to day business administration for a variety of small businesses in the healthcare and and building industries, Samantha's diverse experience encompasses a unique commercial skill set.
Samantha's clients over the past 15 years have included Caltex Refineries, Airbus Group Australia Pacific, Qantas, The Learning Institute on a range of engagements including project accounting, documentation systems authoring, online retailing and foreign currency exchange support.

Anthony Howe

Anthony studied a Bachelor of Education (Primary Teaching) before founding a number of successful businesses in educational multimedia and mobile applications technology during 2000-2010. Anthony co-founded 5th Finger Pty Ltd, Australia's first mobile marketing and applications solutions company which was acquired by the PBL Group (ninemsn) in 2006, and again by Merkle Inc. in the USA during 2011.
Spanning a 20 year career focussing on the domestic and international commercialisation of mobile, internet & multimedia technologies, Anthony is a proven business leader & educator with deep commercial and technical expertise.
As a passionate multimedia practitioner, educator and product designer, Anthony has developed and delivered training experiences and interactive products across a range of content areas including design, marketing, telecommunications, engineering, arts education and case management.
Anthony is an accomplished software & audio engineer and has worked on a number of successful recording and music technology projects. Anthony also plays the drums, and is one of Australia’s finest young custodians of the ‘classic’ jazz style. Nurturing his acute passion for New Orleans beats, classic swing, and plain ol’ groovy music, Anthony’s hearty antics at the drumkit are fondly regarded around Australian, international jazz and popular music circles.
